May 23 Update

Dear Gymnastics community As of Sunday, May 23, 2020 mayor Harry Kim has announced that all fitness facilities remain closed. We may continue one on one lessons. So with a heavy heart and deep sadness, Kona Aerials Gymnastics will not be reopening as of June 1 as we had hoped. We will continue to offer private lessons. We highly recommend that team kids continue or start doing private lessons. We will now be excepting all level of gymnast, from baby to team, for privates. Just send us a text 808-987-4491 with child’s name class or level, we will get back to you to schedule a lesson. Thank you for your support and patients. We look forward to opening and being back with all the kids. Stay safe, healthy and happy. Coach Nanette and staff

Dear Kona Aerial Gymnastic family

As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, I would like to share our response and plans. At this time Kona Aerials  is fully open and operational for  classes. We are following guidance from the CDC and the Hawaiʻi State Department of Health regarding gatherings,We have incorporated additional disinfecting measures for  all equipment , all mats and vacuuming daily. We  encourage everyone to share-a-shaka for the time being instead of a handshake or hug.

We are closely monitoring conditions in our community and may elect to cancel classes based on the State’s recommendations.

The staff at Kona Aerials is working hard this week, but we are all prepared to stay home at the first sign of a sniffle. Likewise, we ask all volunteers, participants and patrons to stay home if you are sick, have come into contact with someone who is ill, or if you have traveled to a high-risk area.

Please contact the office for assistance at (808) 3294313, by email to konaaerials@aol.com. Or text 8089874491. We thank you for your support and understanding during this challenging time, and we thank you for assisting us in keeping our community strong.

Mahalo,

Coach Nanette
